Had to go through the drive-thru because of virus lockdown. We had mashed potatoes and gravy also green beans - no silver ware or napkins. Too late after you have left. Husband did like the spicy chicken sandwich.

Everyone knows their chicken is good. I've been to several of their locations, but the Post Falls location is one of the worst ran fast food establishments I've been to. I gave it 3 chances and they failed every time. Cold mac n cheese one time. Out of half their menu another time. Their wait time is always long and their staff is not friendly. If you're looking for fast food chicken, just go to Super 1 Foods

You guys can't answer your phones??? What's the point of even having them? Great food friendly staff. Really annoyed not one person of their staff knows how to answer your phone. And then proceeded to take the phone off the line to make the calls forward. Really professional. Image if family members of your staff had to call and notify them of an emergency and they can't be reached by their personal phones? What then? ANSWER YOUR PHONES
